Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Loading Officer to oversee the planning, organizing, and coordination of shipping and logistics activities related to vehicle shipments. The ideal candidate will coordinate closely with U.S. warehouses and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.

This role requires strong organizational skills, solid knowledge of logistics and shipping operations, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The Loading Officer will be responsible for ensuring accurate load planning, proper container utilization, and seamless communication between all involved parties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize container load plans for shipments
  • Ensure proper container space utilization and safety of vehicle
  • Coordinate closely with US warehouses and internal operations teams
  • Monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely loading and dispatch
  • Track shipments and provide status updates to relevant departments
  • Verify accuracy of shipping documents, load sheets, and container details
  • Resolve loading and logistics-related issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company procedures
  • Maintain detailed records of load plans and shipment documentation
  • Support continuous improvement of load planning and logistics processes

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or container planning
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in vehicle shipping or containerized cargo planning is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of container dimensions and space optimization
  • Proficient in Excel and logistics planning software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of transportation and export procedures
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Arabic & English language skills mandatory
