Loan Officer Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in processing loan applications from submission to closing, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Conduct initial assessments of loan applications and gather necessary information from applicants.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain loan terms, requirements, and application status.
• Support loan officers in preparing loan packages for review and approval.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date client files and loan records in accordance with company policies.
• Perform data entry and update loan management systems accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies in loan documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Education: FA, Diploma in Engineering, Diploma in Business Management, Diploma in Computer Science, Diploma in Information Technology, Diploma in Accounting, FSC (Pre-Medical), FSC (Pre-Engineering), FSC (Computer Science), FSC (General Science), Intermediate Certificate in Science, ICOM.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role or a related field.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Work Arrangement: Ability to work on-site in Lodhrān, Pakistan.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with loan processing software or banking systems.
• Additional certifications in finance or business management.
