As the Loan Process & Quality Control Manager, you will ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance of loan operations across origination, servicing, documentation, and funding. You will use your expertise in loan systems, quality monitoring, and data analysis to support strong workflows and a sound control environment, while partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams to reduce risk and improve processes.

In this role, you will oversee the loan quality control program, review loan files for accuracy and compliance, monitor exceptions and audit findings, and help identify trends or systemic issues. As a leader, you will coach and develop a team of quality control professionals, set clear expectations, and promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and service excellence.

To be successful in this position, you will be skilled in root-cause analysis, workflow mapping, and corrective action planning, with the ability to use reporting and data visualization to translate metrics into meaningful insights. You will approach problem-solving through data analysis, collaboration, and structured implementation, and you will be comfortable presenting audit results or process improvement outcomes to senior and executive leadership.

To be considered for this position, you will have a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field, along with a minimum of seven years of experience in lending operations, quality control, or compliance within a financial institution. You will bring at least three years of leadership experience overseeing loan processes or quality control functions. Demonstrated experience with process analysis, audit management, and regulatory compliance, and strong familiarity with loan systems and data reporting tools are essential to this position. You will also have a proven record of implementing process improvements and control frameworks in a lending or financial operations environment.
