Loan Processor/Escrow Officer to be added at Prominent Law Firm in Murfreesboro

Description:

Our prominent mid-sized law firm is looking to add a loan processor/escrow officer with exceptional relationship and communication skills, writing and proofreading skills, and a strong work ethic. A minimum of one (1) year experience is required. Experience with SoftPro/ProForm software is helpful.

Duties:

• Setting up title files
• Reviewing title searches
• Reviewing real estate contracts and loan requests
• Preparing closing statements and closing documents
• Familiarity with deeds, deeds of trust, and security instruments
• Communicating with lenders, bank loan processors, realtors, and buyers and sellers
• Conducting closings on simple closing transactions
• Notarizing documents
• Compiling loan closing packages

Pay: Starting at base $25.00 per hour based on experience
