Responsibilities

• Maintain a spotless and inviting lobby environment by performing cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal regularly.
• Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure surfaces are safe and visually appealing.
• Manage custodial duties efficiently, including restocking supplies and ensuring restrooms are clean and well-stocked.
• Assist with light hospitality duties such as greeting guests, providing directions, and answering inquiries with a friendly attitude.
• Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure the facility remains in top condition.
• Implement industrial cleaning techniques when necessary to handle larger-scale cleaning projects or deep cleans.
• Follow health and safety protocols diligently to uphold sanitation standards and create a safe environment for everyone.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet maintenance.
• Strong background in industrial cleaning or housekeeping management preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and bending frequently.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Effective communication skills to interact courteously with guests and team members.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
