Lobby Bar Bartender

Summary:
The Bartender provides exceptional guest service through friendly interactions while serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. They skillfully mix drinks, upsell menu items, and efficiently serve guests according to Company Standards.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with guests courteously.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages with precision.
• Recommend and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure adherence to responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently.
• Bartender experience preferred.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Education and Certification(s)/License(s):

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
