Lobby Host

Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and friendly Lobby Host to be the welcoming face of Taco Bell for our dine‑in guests. As Lobby Host, you will create a clean, comfortable, and inviting dining room experience while helping guests feel appreciated and eager to return.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest warmly as they enter the restaurant and as they move through the dining room.
• Check on dine‑in guests, offer drink and sauce refills, and assist with any questions about the menu.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked lobby, drink station, and condiment area throughout your shift.
• Maintain bathrooms regularly throughout the shift.
• Regularly wipe tables, chairs, trash lids, and high‑touch surfaces, and promptly clear and sanitize tables after each guest.
• Monitor the dining room for any guest concerns and quickly resolve or escalate to a manager when needed.
• Help manage peak times by directing guests, supporting front counter as needed, and communicating guest needs to the team.
• Follow all Taco Bell food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Support overall restaurant goals by communicating positively with team members and leadership.
• Ensure mobile and DoorDash orders are completed and packaged with accuracy.

Experience and Skills

• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong people skills with a friendly, outgoing personality and a guest‑first mindset.
• Ability to stay organized, move quickly, and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable, on time, and able to follow direction from managers and shift leads.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and cleaning for most of the shift.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve our diverse guests.

Pay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour
