Job Description
Greets all guests coming to the hotel and helps them for their direction
Escorts all individuals who needs direction in the hotel
Present in the lobby during any functions and events organized by hotel
Keeps herself fully informed of hotel facilities, services, events and promotions.
Makes paging service for the guests in the Lobby if needed
Reports any unusual events to the concierge and Security
Provides general information to the guests
Watches cleanliness and tidiness of the Lobby area, informs HK and/or Engineering for requirements of cleaning or maintenance
Qualifications
Greeting customers as they enter a hotel, or event.
Handling phone calls and customer queries.
Assisting Front Office staff when necessary.
Managing guest experiences, seating arrangements, and making sure that guests are provided with top-quality service.
Fluent speaking in English.
