Salary Range: $23.68 - $25.77

Position Summary

Under direct supervision, is responsible for providing clerical support and monitoring access within his/her assigned building

Job Responsibilities

  • Assists with orienting and training new staff on policies and procedures.
  • Monitors access to the property and checks for valid identification.
  • Greets all residents and guests upon entry. Announces and registers guests. Monitors the arrival and departure of vendors or contractors.
  • Ensures safety of residents. Responds to emergency situations and regulates unauthorized activity. Escalates issues as needed.
  • Receives, sorts and distributes mail within the department. Accepts and signs for package deliveries.
  • Ensures that the Lobby Desk is secured and attended to at all times.
  • Distributes communications and correspondence to building residents.
  • Maintains a log of shift activity. Escalates any issues or concerns.
