Objectives / Summary Of Job Tasks:

The role holder is responsible for coordinating and handling all local content activities.

Preparing and monitoring the suppliers’ contracts.
Main tasks
Local Content Management:
-
Daily supplier interface activities on all commercial items.
-
Monitoring the daily delivery/ call off from local supplier to our assembler
-
Responsible for the establishment of the production plan at local suppliers.
-
Support and follow up the preparation of approving samples from local supplier.
-
Prepare all necessary information from SPN that is related to all local supplies.
-
Handle the technical alterations information of local content parts.
-
Give periodic feedback about supplier performance.
Change Management:
-
Responsible for all production lines’ documentation and their monthly change management.
-
Responsible for ensuring correct production processes according to defined standards.
-
Supply of all relevant engineering related information incl. “Alteration” to local suppliers
Qualifications:
Training and qualification:
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
-
Technical certification in automotive technology related courses would be a plus.
Technical knowledge:
-
Experience in automotive manufacturing processes and systems.
-
Experience in complex technical project planning and management activities including equipment ordering, commissioning and release processes.
Soft skills/individual Competence:
-
Localization content knowledge.
-
Ability to plan and operate business strategies.
-
Excellent command of English language (German language would be a plus).

Excellent computer and presentation skills.
-
Strong interpersonal communication and coordination skills.

Self-motivated and target driven
Experience:

0-2 years of experience
