During your tenure as Local Content Manager, you will be responsible for Coordinates and ensures compliance with Saudi localisation (ICV) requirements by managing data collection, supporting bids and projects with accurate financial/local content inputs, and collaborating with internal teams and central governance to drive performance, reporting, and audit readiness.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track local content requirements in line with Saudi localization regulations, ensuring compliance across projects and suppliers.
  • Liaise with internal teams and vendors to collect and validate data for recertification purposes and prepare supporting documentation for audits and client submissions (DTME only).
  • Support project and bid submissions by coordinating financial and local content inputs, ensuring templates are accurately completed, internally vetted, and approved in line with submission deadlines.
  • Work with the central ICV office to support and drive score improvement initiatives across all three main entities (DTME, DTAS & DTCO) including proposals, simulations, performance analysis, and scenario modelling.
  • Align with central ICV governance by supporting steering committees, preparing presentation materials and proposals, and contributing to periodic simulations and performance reviews.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Saudi localization regulations and local content requirements, preferably within the energy, construction, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record in coordinating compliance activities across multiple projects and suppliers.
  • Experience in data collection, validation, and preparation of documentation for audits and client submissions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with internal teams, vendors, and central governance bodies.
  • Knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s In-Kingdom Total Value Add (IKTVA) or similar local content frameworks.
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Ability to prepare clear and professional presentation materials and reports.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and compliance processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and possibly specialised compliance or project management software.
