Local Flex Truck Driver - CDL A

Magnum is hiring a CDL A Driver for a flexible role running P&D (pickup & delivery) and Linehaul routes based on weekly business needs. This position offers strong hourly pay, variety in work, and home daily scheduling.

Pay & Schedule

• $28 - $32 per hour (depending on experience)
• Average weekly pay: $1,120 - $1,280 (range does not include potential overtime pay)
• Schedule varies based on operational needs
• Home daily (with occasional overnight pedal routes possible)

Routes & Freight

• Fill-in routes as needed
• Local deliveries within a 150-mile radius of the Billings terminal
• Mix of Linehaul (day and night runs), Pick-Up & Delivery routes, and pedal routes (occasional 1-2 nights out per week)

Example runs may include:
Linehaul Route:

• • 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM
  
  
P&D Route:

• • 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  
  

Magnum hauls a variety of reliable, year-round freight for customers and partner carriers throughout Billings and the surrounding Midwest. Freight may include paper products, household chemicals, alcohol, tobacco, and food-grade items. Most loads are no-touch freight with occasional exceptions depending on the route.

Job Requirements:
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum 12 months of CDL driving experience
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
• No DUI/DWI in the last 12 months
• No preventable DOT accidents in the last 12 months
• No serious violations in the last 12 months
• Must meet all DOT/FMCSA requirements
• Must be willing to obtain Hazmat endorsement within 90 days of employment

Wage Range: 1120.00 - 1280.00 per week
