Job Overview:
Bing Chun is a growing F&B franchise brand specializing in coffee, bubble tea, and fresh juices. We are seeking a dynamic and business-driven Local Franchise Manager to lead franchise development, drive lead generation, and support brand expansion across potential markets.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in restaurant, café, or beverage franchise operations and will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential franchise partners into long-term business collaborations.

What Are We Looking For:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Local Franchise Manager to lead franchise development and business expansion for Bing Chun, a growing F&B brand specializing in coffee, bubble tea, and fresh juices. The role is focused on identifying potential franchise opportunities, generating and converting leads, and building strong business relationships to support long-term growth.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in restaurant, café, or beverage franchise operations, along with strong business development and networking capabilities. This position requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage the franchise pipeline, conduct market research, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and expansion of franchise outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate, and manage leads for potential franchise opportunities through multiple channels including social media, email outreach, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Convert qualified leads into franchise partners through structured follow-ups, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Develop and maintain a strong professional network to support franchise business expansion.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential franchise zones.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, business owners, and strategic partners.
  • Represent the organization in a professional and diplomatic manner during meetings, negotiations, and business discussions.
  • Prepare and deliver franchise presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of franchise partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and franchise pipeline activity.
  • Support strategic growth initiatives and contribute to expansion planning.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong lead generation and business development capability.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to communicate with diplomacy and professionalism in business discussions.
  • Strong understanding of franchise models, especially in F&B, café, restaurant, or beverage industry.
  • Experience in handling customer acquisition and business conversion processes.
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple franchise leads simultaneously.
  • Strong business awareness and market understanding.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Development, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in franchise business, restaurant, café, coffee shop, bubble tea, juice bar, or F&B industry.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in café/restaurant franchise development or F&B brand expansion.
  • Strong understanding of beverage industry trends (coffee, bubble tea, juice concepts).
  • Established professional social network in hospitality or F&B sector.
  • Strong digital awareness for lead generation via social media platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet expansion targets.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and business ethics.

Note:

  • Candidates with direct experience in restaurant, café, or beverage franchise operations will be given strong preference. Prior experience in franchise development or F&B brand expansion will be considered a major advantage.
