Local SEO Expert

COLAB is looking for a Local Pack SEO Expert whose main responsibility is to rank our clients in the Google Local Pack (Top 3) and maintain those rankings with consistent improvements in calls, leads, and conversions. This role is fully results-driven — we need someone who understands that success is measured by performance, not just tasks completed.What You Will Be Responsible For

• Optimizing Google Business Profiles to improve visibility in the Local Pack.
• Adding GBP posts, products, services, photos, and managing reviews.
• Performing local keyword research, including “near me” and city-specific terms.
• Creating and optimizing location pages and service pages for local intent.
• Ensuring NAP consistency and managing local citations across platforms.
• Improving on-page SEO elements: titles, headers, schema, internal linking, relevancy.
• Building local authority through local backlinks, brand mentions, and partnerships.
• Tracking performance through Google Search Console, GA4, and GBP Insights.
• Providing weekly ranking reports with clear wins, improvements, and next steps.
• Increasing conversions — calls, direction requests, website visits, and messages.

Skills & Experience Required

• 2+ years of proven experience in Local SEO and Google Maps ranking.
• Strong understanding of Local Pack ranking factors (proximity, relevance, prominence).
• Experience with GBP optimization, citations, review management, and local keyword research.
• Familiarity with local SEO tools (BrightLocal, Semrush, GMB Everywhere, etc.).
• Strong English communication and reporting skills.
• WordPress knowledge and ability to optimize pages for local SEO.
