We are looking for a results-driven Local SEO Expert to help improve our visibility in local search results and drive more traffic, leads, and sales from local customers. You will focus on optimizing local listings, managing citations, and implementing strategies that make our business highly visible in the U.S. local search market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute local SEO strategies to improve rankings in Google Maps, local packs, and organic search.
- Optimize Google Business Profile (GBP), Bing Places, and other local directories for accuracy and engagement.
- Conduct local keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and manage local citations across relevant websites and directories.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews, ratings, and feedback to improve local reputation.
- Track and analyze local SEO KPIs, including local rankings, website traffic, and lead conversions.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in local search presence and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and web teams to create localized content and campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest local SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in local SEO with proven results for U.S. businesses.
- Strong understanding of Google Business Profile optimization, local citations, and online reputation management.
- Experience with local SEO tools such as Moz Local, BrightLocal, Whitespark, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Knowledge of technical SEO basics and their impact on local search rankings.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to report on local SEO performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable local search improvements.
Ideal Profile:
- Goal-oriented, detail-focused, and proactive in achieving local SEO growth.
- Experience managing multiple locations and optimizing for multi-location businesses is a plus.
- Strong team player who can work closely with content, marketing, and web teams.
Work Timings:
- Monday to Saturday: 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM (U.S. shift)
- On-site position (No remote work)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
