We are looking for an Electrical Safety Engineer who will ensure the highest standards of electrical safety across our plant operations. This role is critical for maintaining compliance, preventing hazards, and fostering a culture of safety.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing robust electrical safety programs across our operations. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and best practices to identify and mitigate hazards, ensure compliance, and foster a strong safety culture. This isn't just a compliance role; it's a strategic position where your expertise will directly shape our operations, influence our designs, and safeguard our most valuable assets: our people and our cutting-edge technology.

• Responsible for compliance with laws, policies, standards and guidelines regarding "electrical safety"
• Electrical safety contact person for the site Management and obliged to report to site management and regional/central organizations related with electrical safety issues
• Responsible for giving support and technical instructions to Department electrical safety responsible within the organization
• Ensuring required tests of the MAE and equipment in terms of electrical safety
• Give or else organize necessary instructions and training measures
• Organize expert meetings on a regular basis for exchange of experience at the site
• Determination of the body protection and protective devices to be used for electrical safety
• Determination of the working procedures about implementation of electrical safety regulations /directives
• Technical supervisor in the area of responsibility (Facility Management) for the electro-technical working employees

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (Certified, Bachelor, Master) with the capacity to understand a wide range of engineering functions and procedures.
• Safety Expert - B Class or C Class
• The ability to negotiate with, and persuade others.
• Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork skills to work cooperatively
• The confidence to respond positively when under pressure.
• The ability to lead and motivate others.
• Ability to create procedures/work instructions and deploy them for ensuring implementation
