Locker room Attendant

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Locker Room Attendant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Locker Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our facility users while providing excellent customer service.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assign lockers and provide towels, toiletries, and other amenities to facility users
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the locker room area, including regular inspections and restocking of supplies
• Ensure proper security of personal belongings and locker assignments
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
• Perform routine cleaning and light maintenance tasks in the locker room area
• Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
• Assist with laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding towels and uniforms
• Maintain accurate records of locker assignments and lost and found items
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and supportive demeanor
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills for managing locker assignments and records
• Proficiency in cleaning and light maintenance tasks
• Ability to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Experience in locker room management a plus
• First aid and CPR certification preferred
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
