Locum Dentist DDS/DMD - Eureka, CA - 12/1/25 Start

Length of Assignment: 3-month assignment with potential to extend. Prefer 6+ month contracts

Credentialing Timeframe: 3-4 weeks

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8-5 PM

Patient Volume: Average of 16-18 patients per day. MUST see 8-9 minimum patients per 4 hours.

Procedures: General Dentistry - Bread n butter - Must see all ages: 50/50 kids/adults

Extractions are a MUST.

EMR: EPIC

Licensure Needed: CA

Certifications Needed: DEA and BLS - Board Certified

Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed: MUST have 3 years of experience. Comfortable working in rural health.

For credentialing: MUST have 3 references within 2 years. Client runs own background check/NPDB. Must be up to date on ALL immunizations (COVID isn't required anymore) and if not up to date on immunizations, MUST wear mask all day in clinic.
