About the Role

We are seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN physicians for locum tenens coverage in Pendleton, Oregon. This opportunity begins in January 2026 with multiple full-time positions available. Providers will cover 24-hour call shifts, including inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.

Position Details

• Schedule: 24-hour call (7a–7a), ~10 shifts per month
• Setting: Rural hospital – critical access
• Annual Volume: ~300 deliveries per year (~1–2 newborns daily)
• Procedures: Labor & delivery, C-sections, emergency OB/GYN, inpatient/outpatient surgeries
• Support Staff: Family Birth Center nurses and anesthesia team
• EMR: Meditech

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Active Oregon license preferred (IMLC candidates considered)
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, DEA, NRP, PALS
• Clean malpractice/background strongly preferred
• Availability for ongoing shifts beginning January 2026
