We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history evaluations.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions across various specialties such as Psychiatry, Endocrinology, Cardiology, and more.
- Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation and management of patient records.
- Perform procedures such as suturing, airway management, and IV infusion as necessary.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans for patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Provide critical care in emergency situations, including trauma medicine and acute pain management.
- Engage in clinical research and stay updated on advancements in medical practices relevant to your specialty.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Participate in health coaching initiatives to promote wellness among patients.
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution with board certification in a relevant specialty preferred.
- Proven experience in clinical settings such as hospitals or outpatient clinics, with exposure to diverse patient populations.
- Proficiency in using EMR systems, specifically Epic, for efficient patient management.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology essential for effective diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Familiarity with various medical imaging techniques and diagnostic evaluations including CT scans and mammography is advantageous.
- Ability to perform specialized procedures such as cardiac catheterization, interventional radiology techniques, or neurocritical care interventions based on specialty training.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Commitment to continuous professional development through participation in clinical trials or advanced training opportunities in fields like Pediatrics or Geriatrics is encouraged.
