Trainer – Logistics & Supply Chain (Job Posting Pointers)

  • Deliver high-quality training sessions in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Warehouse Operations, and Inventory Management.
  • Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assessments, and case studies aligned with industry standards.
  • Teach both theoretical concepts and practical applications, including demand planning, forecasting, freight management, and global trade procedures.
  • Guide students on real-world processes such as documentation, shipping terms (Incoterms), customs clearance, and last-mile delivery.
  • Evaluate learner performance through assignments, quizzes, and practical activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of logistics technology, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and current industry trends.
  • Support students with doubt-clearing sessions, mentoring, and career guidance.
  • Ensure high-quality classroom management and maintain training records.
  • Collaborate with management to improve course content and enhance training quality.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding is required; prior teaching/training experience is an advantage.
