We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to oversee the full lifecycle logistics of heavy machinery and construction materials across our UAE project sites. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry expertise and a proven track record in managing complex logistics operations within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Heavy Machinery Logistics: Coordinate the transport, deployment, and demobilization of heavy equipment such as cranes, excavators, and dump trucks across multiple sites.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all movements comply with UAE traffic regulations, customs procedures, and internal HSE standards.
• Inventory & Tracking: Maintain accurate machinery and material records using tracking systems.
• Route Planning: Conduct route surveys, identify potential challenges, and optimize routes to reduce delays and operational costs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in logistics, specifically handling heavy machinery/equipment within UAE construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE transport regulations, RTA/police permits, and customs clearance for construction equipment.
• Proven ability to manage high-pressure, time-sensitive logistics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
