Job Purpose

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for supporting day-to-day logistics operations through effective coordination, follow-ups, and documentation support. The role focuses on smooth movement of shipments, communication with internal teams, and maintaining accurate logistics records.

Job Responsibility

· Coordinate daily logistics activities with internal teams, transporters, and warehouse staff.

· Track shipment status and update teams on dispatch and delivery timelines.

· Assist in preparing and verifying export/import documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL draft, etc.).

· Handle courier activities and collect/submit required documents to banks, vendors, or partners.

· Maintain proper records of logistics documents and tracking sheets.

· Follow up with stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment movement and timely completion of tasks.

Skills, Experience and Qualification Required

· Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields).

· 1–3 years of experience in logistics coordination or export/import operations.

· Basic knowledge of logistics documentation and shipping terms (Incoterms, BL, Invoice, PL, etc.).

· Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and documentation handling.

· Ability to multitask, work under timelines, and maintain accuracy.
