Role & Responsibilities:

• Vehicle coordination for timely delivery and pickup
• Vehicle movement monitoring
• Customers calling to schedule orders delivery, pickup
• Daily Route Planning
• Urgent Pickup Scheduling & monitoring
• Vehicle Cost Control
• Customer Escalation Mail Follow-up & resolution
• Vehicle Arrangement & Management
• Support Staff Training & development
• In-transit damage Control
• Coordination with warehouse team for inward and outward errors
• Alternative order planning in case of in transit cancellation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
