Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate deliveries and shipments between warehouse and sites.
  • Maintain and update stock records.
  • Issue materials to staff/sites and maintain proper records.
  • Perform scanning of materials/items and update records in the system.
  • Prepare and manage logistics documents (delivery notes, reports, etc.).
  • Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and site teams.
  • Ensure deliveries are completed on time.
Requirements
  • Candidate should know how to operate the system.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Candidate should be able to handle and operate scanning devices.
  • Good data entry and record keeping skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
  • Relevant experience in logistics coordination.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
