Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate deliveries and shipments between warehouse and sites.
- Maintain and update stock records.
- Issue materials to staff/sites and maintain proper records.
- Perform scanning of materials/items and update records in the system.
- Prepare and manage logistics documents (delivery notes, reports, etc.).
- Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and site teams.
- Ensure deliveries are completed on time.
Requirements
- Candidate should know how to operate the system.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
- Candidate should be able to handle and operate scanning devices.
- Good data entry and record keeping skills.
- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
- Relevant experience in logistics coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
