We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage the end-to-end logistics lifecycle for heavy machinery and construction materials across projects in the U.A.E construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in safe, compliant, and efficient logistics operations, particularly for heavy equipment movements.

Key Responsibilities

Heavy Machinery Logistics

• Plan, execute, and oversee transportation, mobilization, and demobilization of heavy machinery such as cranes, excavators, dump trucks, and other construction equipment across multiple project sites in the U.A.E.

Documentation & Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with U.A.E traffic regulations, RTA/Police permits, customs procedures, and internal HSE standards for heavy machinery movements.
• Prepare and manage all logistics-related documentation and approvals.

Inventory & Tracking

• Maintain accurate inventory records of machinery and materials.
• Utilize tracking systems to monitor equipment location, movement status, and site deployment.

Route Planning & Optimization

• Conduct detailed route surveys and planning, identifying potential logistical challenges.
• Implement cost-effective and time-efficient strategies to minimize delays and operational risks.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in logistics, with a strong focus on heavy machinery and construction projects in the U.A.E
• In-depth knowledge of U.A.E road transport regulations, RTA/Police permits, and customs clearance procedures for construction equipment
• Proven ability to manage complex, time-sensitive logistics operations under pressure
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
