We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage and execute logistics operations for events and exhibitions. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate transportation, delivery, setup, and dismantling of event materials
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, drivers, and onsite teams
• Prepare logistics schedules, delivery plans, and timelines
• Manage gate passes, venue access, and necessary permits
• Ensure smooth loading/unloading at event sites
• Track inventory and ensure materials are returned after events
• Handle last-minute logistics issues during live events

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in event or exhibition logistics
• Knowledge of UAE event venues and logistics procedures
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible working hours
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
