Experience:2 to 4 years in dispatch

Education:Any education

Key Responsibilities: Dispatch Operations

• Plan and schedule daily dispatches based on production completion and customer delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with the production and sales teams for dispatch readiness.
• Prepare dispatch documents including delivery challans, invoices, packing lists, and e-way bills.
• Verify product quantities and quality before dispatch to avoid shortages or damages.
• Supervise loading and unloading operations to ensure proper handling of wooden and furniture items.

Logistics Coordination

• Arrange transportation (own vehicles or third-party transporters) based on load, destination, and cost efficiency.
• Track vehicle movement and ensure on-time delivery to customer locations or project sites.
• Maintain records of vehicle utilization, transport charges, and freight payments.
• Negotiate rates with transporters and logistics partners for cost-effective delivery.
• Handle any transportation-related issues such as delays, damages, or documentation errors.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
