Logistic Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Transportation & Vehicle Coordination:

• Follow up with transporters for vehicle placement
• Track movement of vehicles from dispatch to delivery
• Coordinate with drivers for loading, transit, and unloading updates
• Update delivery timelines and report delays
• Coordinate with site / warehouse team for vehicle arrival

Data Maintenance & Excel Reporting:

• Maintain daily logistics trackers in Excel
• Update dispatch, transit, and delivery data accurately
• Maintain transporter-wise and vehicle-wise records
• Share daily / weekly logistics status reports

Documentation Support:

• Assist in maintaining Delivery Challans, LR / GR, E-way bills
• Maintain proper filing of logistics records
• Ensure documentation is linked with dispatch details

Internal Coordination:

• Coordinate with purchase, stores, site, and accounts teams
• Share delivery updates with departments
• Support seniors in resolving logistics issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
