Logistic Expeditor

Expediting Deliveries:

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track the progress of shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Proactively identify and address potential delays or issues with vendors and transport providers.
• Coordinate with suppliers to expedite production or shipping when necessary.

Communication and Coordination:

• Act as a liaison between suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments.
• Provide regular updates on shipment statuses to relevant stakeholders.
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to documentation, shipping, or customs clearance.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Ensure all shipping and customs documentation is accurate and complete.
• Maintain detailed records of shipments, delivery timelines, and supplier performance.
• Prepare regular reports on delivery performance and identify areas for improvement.

Process Improvement:

• Analyze logistics workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements.
• Develop strategies to minimize delivery delays and optimize supply chain operations.

• Logistic Expediting : 5 years (Required)
• UAE : 2 years (Preferred)
• Expedite Purchase Orders: 2 years (Required)
• Relationship Management: 2 years (Required)
• Negotiation for Delivery Extensions: 2 years (Required)
• Shipment Finalization: 2 years (Required)
