Key Responsibilities:

• Executes loading / unloading instructions received from the Logistic supervisor.

• Coordinates with the Maintenance Officer any request for maintenance / repairing concerning forklift.

• Report to the Logistic Supervisor and the Factory Manager about return of products from sites.

• Informs Logistic Supervisor, store keeper and Purchase responsible about receipt of goods; raw materials and finished products.

• Handles documentation and filing for the logistics department.

• Ensures that company owned or leased trucks are clean and decent prior to loading.

• Ensures that products delivered are free from any damage, have proper expiry dates are neat and presentable.

• Ensures that goods are properly stocked for avoidance of damage during transport.

• Ensures that quantities mentioned in invoices matches loaded quantities. Signs off Delivery note accordingly.

• Labels all Delivery note with respective batch number.

• Informs the Logistics Supervisor about the condition of truck and pick-up (cleanliness, good mechanical conditions, protection against rain…)

• Ensures that truck driver is present during loading time to eliminate any misunderstanding or loss of products.

• Ensure that all the truck drivers wear the needed PPE

• Monthly inventory control report

• Receiving and dispatching goods and verifying movements of stock.


• Preparing delivery schedules.

• Maintaining optimal stock levels at minimum cost.

• Responsible for implementing the safety rules & procedures for the department, and be part of the factory team for new EHS & safety implementations.

• Prepares the monthly transportations report.

• Prepares daily inventory count.

• Ensure the response for delivery planning.

• High coordination between sales, production departments to ensure smooth logistical process.

• Quick response for major sales orders.

• Ensuring that loads are delivered with the optimal cost.

• Ensuring that all loads are delivered in the best presentable packing.

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in Administration, Logistic, Supply Chain or related.

• At least 1-year experience in a customer service position.

• Good command of the Arabic and English languages.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Quick and detailed oriented.

• High sense of responsibility, discipline and dedication.

• ERP system (SAP b1)

• Microsoft Office.
