Overview:


The incumbent will be required to look after the complete management of fleet under 3PL by coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers and internal department for smooth transactions of transportation.

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate with internal departments and subcontractors to ensure transport requirements are planned, deployed, and executed on time.
  • Maintain a daily summary/report of all fleet movements.
  • Optimize routes to improve efficiency, transit time, and cost.
  • Analyze operational data to track performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvement actions.
  • Manage POD (Proof of Delivery) collection, verification, and submission.
  • Oversee vehicle tracking activities and manage vendor performance.
  • Process and verify vendor invoices for timely billing in the system.
  • Monitor end-to-end vehicle movements from origin to destination and ensure timely customer updates throughout the journey.


Skills, Qualifications & Experience:


  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics or a 3PL environment, preferably with a multinational or well-recognized local logistics company.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Supply chain & Logistics Management from reputable institution.

  • Proficient knowledge of Logistics procedure and policies.

  • Ability to influence individuals and teams in order to achieve set or desired goals and objectives.

  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills, high achievement drive and ability of taking initiative.

  • Must have good management, interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong command over Microsoft Office and other related software.
