Logistic Officer (ADNOC Offshore Experience Required)

Job Description:

We are currently hiring a Logistic Officer with proven experience in ADNOC Offshore projects. The ideal candidate must have strong exposure to offshore logistics operations and thorough knowledge of ADNOC procedures and UAE logistics regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate offshore and onshore logistics operations.
• Handle shipment planning, tracking, and delivery to offshore sites.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, permits, and compliance records.
• Ensure adherence to ADNOC logistics standards and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, marine operators, and site teams.
• Monitor material movement and inventory at project sites.
• Resolve logistics-related issues and delays efficiently.
• Maintain accurate logistics reports and documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years UAE experience in logistics.
• Mandatory experience in ADNOC Offshore projects.
• Proven experience as a Logistic Officer in Oil & Gas / EPC / Offshore sector.
• Strong knowledge of shipment coordination and documentation.
• Familiarity with UAE logistics regulations and site compliance.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
• Experience working with marine logistics and offshore mobilization.
