Logistic OPERATION MANAGER

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operation Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day logistics and operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transportation management, vendor coordination, rate negotiations, and ensuring smooth operational flow while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
• Manage day-to-day logistics operations, including monitoring incoming deliveries
• Lead and manage operational projects to support logistics planning and execution
• Maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, and vendors
• Prepare and analyze reports related to delivery timelines, cost estimates, and operational metrics
• Identify and report maintenance and repair requirements for transportation vehicles and equipment
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, including difficult or escalated situations
• Oversee transportation management and route planning
• Conduct rate negotiations with transporters and vendors
• Manage drivers, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and compliance
• Handle vendor management, contracts, and coordination
