Logistic Supply Intern

Kickstart your supply chain career by driving real impact in analytics, process improvement, and compliance within a global leader in construction innovation.

As a Supply Intern, you will provide analytical and administrative support to the Supply Manager, helping enhance our supply processes through root cause analysis, vendor price management, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will also support daily bid and proposal activities to ensure seamless and compliant supply operations across the business.

What You'll Do
  • Analyze supply chain data using MS Office tools, SAP, Visio, and Excel to identify root causes and drive process improvements.
  • Maintain and update master data in various source systems.
  • Prepare offers, bids, and quotations to support the bidding function.
  • Support development and optimization of supply processes to drive operational efficiencies.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to supply contracts and compliance initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to support ongoing projects within Supply and Operations.
What You'll Bring
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Finance, or related fields.
  • Prior internship or 1-3 years of experience in an analytical, administrative, or project management role is a plus (pricing analysis, process mapping, procurement, logistics, or inventory management).
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles and exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
  • Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis); familiarity with macros, Power BI, or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with a proactive, results driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environments and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience with process mapping tools like Visio; LEAN or Six Sigma training is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
