Job Purpose:

The Logistics (Transportation) Administrator is responsible for managing all vehicle- and driver-related administrative operations across UAE portals (Darab, Salik, RTA, Tamm, Asateel, ADNOC), ensuring legal compliance, overseeing fines and insurance, and facilitating vehicle procurement and disposal.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fleet & Driver Administration

· Manage profiles for vehicles and drivers via UAE portals: Darab, Salik, RTA, Tamm, Asateel, ADNOC.

· Track and upload data: driver details, vehicle assignments, insurance, fitness, inspections.

· Prepare detailed vehicle-fines sheets; monitor fines and ensure timely payments/submissions.

2. Regulatory Compliance & Licensing

· Oversee vehicle registrations, renewals, insurance, and RTA license renewals.

· Liaise with RTA, ADNOC, and other governmental entities for compliance and documentation.

· Stay informed and enforce compliance with UAE transportation rules/regulations across Emirates.

3. Portal Management (UAE e‑services)

· Expertly navigate and manage tasks on Darab, Salik, Tamm, RTA portals for fines, recharges, renewals.

· Generate and maintain reports from each portal (usage logs, fees, violations).

4. Insurance Management

· Track insurance policy renewal dates, coordinate with insurers across UAE.

· Analyze claims and ensure each vehicle is properly covered.

5. Vehicle Procurement & Disposition

· Coordinate purchase and sale of vehicles, draft and manage MOUs, POs, transfer documentation.

· Liaise with vendors/auctions for acquisition/disposal, ensuring fair pricing and documentation integrity.

6. Reporting & Record‑Keeping

· Maintain detailed logs: fines, insurance, registration, driver allocations, vehicle transfers.

· Prepare regular reports (monthly/quarterly): fleet status, fines, financial obligations.

7. Cost & Budget Control

· Monitor vehicle-related expenses: fines, tolls, insurance, fuel, maintenance.

· Present cost-saving strategies through tender comparison or vendor negotiation.

8. Driver Coordination

· Assign vehicles to drivers, track driving behaviors via portals/systems.

· Provide support on RTA & traffic infractions, renewals, and portal processing.

9. Vendor & Stakeholder Liaison

· Work with governmental bodies (RTA, ADNOC) and private vendors for servicing, repairs, inspections.

· Coordinate with insurance providers and external consultants for renewals and claim supports.

10. Systems & Data Integration

· Maintain data in fleet management or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MercuryGate).

· Use GPS/fleet systems to verify driver compliance or verify fine issuance

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

· Diploma/degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

· 2–4 years in UAE fleet administration or transportation coordination (Abu Dhabi/Dubai).

UAE Portal Proficiency:

· Darab, Salik, Tamm, RTA (including Asateel, ADNOC)

Regulatory Knowledge:

· Thorough understanding of UAE transportation laws, RTA services, traffic regulations, and compliance standards

Software Tools:

· Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Experience in SAP/Oracle/logistics systems advantageous

Language Skills:

· Fluent in English; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu are added advantages.
