About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics & Administrative Assistant to support our logistics operations and provide general administrative support to the team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the efficient coordination of shipments, inventory, and day-to-day office functions.

Responsibilities:

Logistics & Shipping Support:

  • Track and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Prepare and process shipping documents (packing slips, etc.)
  • Coordinate with suppliers and carriers
  • Assist with processing incoming shipments and organizing warehouse deliveries

Inventory Management:

  • Document and update inventory records
  • Assist in organizing materials and products within the warehouse
  • Conduct basic stock checks and data entry

Communication & Coordination:

  • Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams
  • Respond to logistics-related inquiries and resolve shipment issues
  • Maintain clear communication to support on-time deliveries

Issue Resolution & Compliance:

  • Investigate delays, discrepancies, or shipment issues
  • Ensure compliance with logistics policies and industry regulations

Administrative Support:

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Handle general clerical tasks (filing, scheduling, phone/email communication)
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Assist with preparing reports and documentation as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
