About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics & Administrative Assistant to support our logistics operations and provide general administrative support to the team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the efficient coordination of shipments, inventory, and day-to-day office functions.
Responsibilities:
Logistics & Shipping Support:
- Track and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments
- Prepare and process shipping documents (packing slips, etc.)
- Coordinate with suppliers and carriers
- Assist with processing incoming shipments and organizing warehouse deliveries
Inventory Management:
- Document and update inventory records
- Assist in organizing materials and products within the warehouse
- Conduct basic stock checks and data entry
Communication & Coordination:
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams
- Respond to logistics-related inquiries and resolve shipment issues
- Maintain clear communication to support on-time deliveries
Issue Resolution & Compliance:
- Investigate delays, discrepancies, or shipment issues
- Ensure compliance with logistics policies and industry regulations
Administrative Support:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Handle general clerical tasks (filing, scheduling, phone/email communication)
- Order and manage office supplies
- Assist with preparing reports and documentation as needed

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
