  • Coordinate daily truck movements, dispatch, and delivery updates
  • Prepare and maintain LR, e-way bills, invoices, and POD records
  • Communicate with drivers and clients for timely shipment updates
  • Manage vehicle documents, permits, and compliance records
  • Handle customer calls, queries, and billing follow-ups
  • Maintain reports on operations, POD status, and payments
  • Support accounts, HR, and vendor coordination as needed
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports for management on operations and billing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Application Question(s):

  • Requirements : Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and transport documentation (LR, e-way bill, POD)

Strong supervision and team management skills

Experience:

  • logistics / transport administration: 5 years (Preferred)
