They focus on organizing and streamlining logistics procedures, supporting warehouse operations, and using logistics software to monitor stock and deliveries.
- Key Responsibilities
- Documentation: Prepare, process, and file purchase orders, shipping documents, and invoices.
- Order Management: Track orders, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers for timely pickups and deliveries.
- Coordination: Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, manufacturers, and customers regarding order status.
- Scheduling: Plan shifts for drivers and warehouse personnel.
- Reporting: Maintain delivery records and potentially assist with budget reports.
