- Administer daily office operations, supplies, and utilities
- Coordinate import/export processes including shipping documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, transporters, and vendors for timely movement of goods
- Track, update, and report the status of shipments to management and customers
- Maintain accurate records for inward/outward shipments, inventory, billing, and financial transactions
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve supply issues, and build client relationships
- Organize and manage office files, contracts, supplier and customer records
- Assist management in procurement, order planning, and supply chain schedules
- Prepare documentation for export/import (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificates, etc.)
- Support management with compliance on DGFT, Customs, GST, and related statutory filings
- Ensure timely supplies to customers and coordinate delivery logistics
