Logistics and Administration Executive

Logistics - - Management of Stock Inventory- Pan India Logistics, Pan India Transport Vendors- Daily operations management, Timely Material delivery, etc. - Coordination between all departments & clients regarding material delivery- Transportation cost management & other related operations.- Manage Operations & Quality Control.- Strong follow ups regarding the delivery.

Administration -- Capable of writing mails independently.- Record Management.- Preparing , organizing & storing information in paper & digital form - Dealing with queries on the phone and by email - Arranging travel & Accommodation - Maintenance of Office stationary and day to day activities - Petty Cash Management - Day to Day Administration related work Desired Competencies- Effective written and verbal communication with an ability to structure thoughts in the form of written document- Strong operational skills of spreadsheets (Excel, Google sheets), word and PPTs.- Strong analytical, interpersonal and relationship building skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
