POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an outgoing person to join our team. The person selected for this role will provide support to our fast-paced Customer Service Team. The position is entry level with opportunity for advancement. The perfect candidate will be energetic, organized, professional, have an eye for detail, and possess superior communication skills. Only those with a "make it happen" attitude should apply.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Tracking of daily pickups and deliveries.
• Entering and scheduling a high volume of pickups
• Communicating with our various vendors on potential delays, billing issues, etc.
• Communicating with customers regarding pickups and deliveries.
• Providing excellent customer service
• Answering calls and emails quickly and correctly.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Proficient in managing competing demands.
• Highly organized.
• Team player with a demonstrated ability to initiate and maintain effective and cooperative professional relationships.
• Prior transportation experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $700.00 - $800.00 per week
