Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and courteously at the front desk, creating a positive first impression.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls, and provide information efficiently.
  • Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, process paperwork, and perform proofreading to ensure accuracy.
  • Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document preparation.
  • Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing customer support requests, and updating records.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions professionally, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining phone etiquette.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to be bilingual is a plus.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with front desk procedures, multi-line phone systems, and office management practices.
  • Strong attention to detail for proofreading, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Previous customer service experience in a healthcare setting such as medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous.
