Logistics and Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics and Inventory Coordinator to oversee the movement, storage, and accuracy of goods within our supply chain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring smooth flow of materials to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, vendors, and transport providers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the system.
• Monitor stock levels and generate regular inventory reports.
• Ensure timely replenishment of stock to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Assist in demand forecasting and support purchasing activities.
• Inspect deliveries for accuracy and quality.
• Organize warehouse/storage space efficiently.
• Communicate with internal teams (procurement, sales, production) regarding stock availability and logistics status.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Inventory Controller, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, and logistics principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management software/ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
