LOGISTICS & INVENTORY COORDINATOR

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistics and Inventory Coordinator to manage the flow of shipments and inventory across our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in logistics and shipment coordination, be proficient in computer use for reporting and data management, and be bilingual in English and Arabic to effectively communicate with suppliers, agents, and partners across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with agents, freight forwarders, and internal departments
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability
• Track shipments and update relevant stakeholders on delivery status
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, shipments, and logistics documentation
• Prepare and analyze reports related to inventory, shipping costs, and delivery performance
• Follow up with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues
• Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to optimize inventory flow and storage
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies
• Communicate professionally in both English and Arabic, verbally and in writing

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipment coordination
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, inventory software, and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (verbal and written) is required
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD350.000 - KD450.000 per month
