What You'll Do?

•Planning Tüpraş's domestic transportation to Terminals, Refineries and Customers, and ensuring that transportation is carried out in accordance with the plans.

•Providing value-added service through customer transportation, increasing customer satisfaction and generating income for the company.

•To determine the necessary performance indicators in order to use all resources in the most efficient way, to make monthly & annual plans, to identify and implement the necessary initiatives for improvement.

•To analyze and report benefit/cost/performance regarding logistics operations together with the Performance & Analytics team.

•To ensure the necessary coordination and optimization of supply operation processes with refinery units, Sales and Planning teams, Trading units, logistics stakeholders and customers

•Developing and monitoring projects to eliminate logistics bottlenecks, plan capacity appropriately and create new sales channels.

•Designing and implementing operational excellence and flexibility initiatives that can adapt to changing market conditions.

•Following the market, providing the necessary data flow within the company, giving input to strategic decisions.

•Designing and managing the necessary processes to ensure transportation safety.

•To follow the practices required to be carried out within the framework of laws and regulations in terms of transportation, to manage the necessary process changes, to fulfill or ensure the requirements of current legislation and in-company regulations, standards and instructions.

•Ensuring the establishment, implementation and follow-up of procedures and systematics related to logistics operations.

•Completing the steps of the ship approval process and negotiating with compliance, and legal teams.

What We Look For?

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Faculties or related fields,

•Minimum 2 years of proven experience in similar roles,

•Solid understanding of MS Office applications,

•Fluent, professional English proficiency,

•Adaptable to a fast-paced and agile work culture,

•Great problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills,

•Thriving by different perspectives and showing flexibility,

•Having an analytical, innovative mindset, and taking initiative,

•A great team player with a go-getter attitude,

•Preferably have knowledge of critical parameters of fuel logistics operation
