• Graduated from Industrial Engineering department of universities,
• Preferably minimum 2 years of experience in logistics sector,
• Project Management perspective,
• Good command of MS Office programs,
• Prone to teamwork, with leadership qualities,
• Analytical mindset,
• Successful in human relations, high communication skills,
• Has a good command of English to be able to communicate verbally and in writing,
• Class B driver's license,
• Residing in Istanbul Anatolian Side or Kocaeli Gebze-Darıca regions.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Involvement in the start-up of new operations (new customer or warehouse setup), project management support and installation support,
• Ability to manage multiple implementation projects at the same time from a basic project management perspective,
• Preparation and submission of periodic reports to management and relevant business units,
• Documentation of standard processes,
• Analyzing the compliance of processes in the field with standard processes,
• Effective execution of optimization and efficiency studies,
• Developing and implementing projects that reduce costs and increase quality in business processes,
• Analyzing the demand for improvements to be made in information systems, checking their suitability and documenting them.
