We are currently seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Logistics and Planning Supervisor to join our dynamic supply chain team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing international logistics operations and supporting strategic planning initiatives to ensure seamless material flow across global supply chains.

Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain, or planning roles, preferably within a multinational or industrial environment
- Proven experience in managing international shipments (air, sea, and land)
- Strong understanding of logistics planning, import/export procedures, and customs compliance
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) with hands-on experience in material code creation and plant code extension
- Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Arabic is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end international shipment operations, including booking, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery tracking
- Support logistics planning processes to ensure timely availability of materials and resources
- Lead material master data management, including accurate creation of material codes in the ERP system
- Manage plant code extensions and ensure alignment with global operational standards
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to optimize logistics performance
- Monitor shipment KPIs, resolve delays, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with trade regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Prepare regular reports on logistics activities, costs, and performance metrics
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics and planning function
Working Conditions
- 5 working days per week (Sunday to Thursday)
- Weekly off on Friday & Saturday
- Office-based role with occasional coordination across different time zones
