The Logistics and Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing the procurement process and logistics activities to ensure the timely availability of automotive spare parts and services. This role plays a crucial part in coordinating with suppliers, managing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and optimizing the supply chain to support after-sales operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement activities including supplier identification, quotation requests, purchase order creation, and order follow-up.

Coordinate logistics processes related to importation, customs clearance, transportation, and distribution of spare parts.

Maintain effective communication with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and resolution of shipment issues.

Assist in vendor performance evaluation and support negotiation of terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and planning teams to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess or obsolete stock.

Prepare and maintain procurement and logistics documentation, reports, and dashboards for management review.

Support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in procurement and logistics processes.
Requirements-
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in the automotive or spare parts industry.

Good knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and logistics operations.

Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.

Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and problem-solve effectively.

Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
