Logistics and Shipping Officer/ Executive

Icon Group of Companies is seeking a detail-driven and proactive Logistics & Shipping Officer/Executive to oversee and coordinate customer order shipments from our U.S.-based warehouse. The selected candidate will ensure timely, accurate deliveries by collaborating with third-party logistics providers and optimizing freight costs for each shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily shipments from the U.S. warehouse in partnership with third-party logistics companies.
• Ensure all customer orders are dispatched accurately, efficiently, and within the required timelines.
• Review and compare freight options to select the most cost-effective shipping solutions.
• Track ongoing shipments and promptly address any delays or delivery concerns.
• Maintain regular communication with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Accounts) regarding order and shipment statuses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners while ensuring adherence to company policies and shipping standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, shipping coordination, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and shipping platforms (e.g., Ship Station, UPS/FedEx portals).
• Strong communication skills.
• Prior experience coordinating shipments with U.S.-based logistics or e-commerce organizations.
